You have all the freedom to use the rest of the emotion icons when creating a thread but never play around with the host icon indicators. I.l Spamming and flooding are not tolerated here under any circumstances.
Users posting spam messages or flooding our board will be warned or will be immediately banned.
I.m Posting of personal numbers, real full names, and home address in the forum boards or shout box is strictly prohibited.
I.n Maintaining of more than one (1) account is a serious offense.
Concealing your identity with another account to fool around in the forum boards or take advantage of the contest polls will result to suspension of both accounts.
I.o Offensive user/handle names are not allowed. Impersonation of other users is strictly prohibited. Deliberately naming your handle to promote or advertise an external site or forum (e.g. pinoydashforumdotcom) is restricted.
I.p Sharing your account to somebody and allowing them to login and post under your username is strictly prohibited.
This will lead to account suspension if proven.
I.q The above forum rules where applicable also apply to private messaging. Abuse of the PM system may lead to warnings and revocation of private messaging.



II.a The official graphic post markers must be used when posting or creating a thread.

II.f Members are advised to check the links they are providing if it is working or not. If possible provide a mirror.
Unresponsive or dead links will be thrashed automatically.
II.g All uploaders are required to post their password in the forum boards, if applicable.

III.a Topics must be original, meaning there are no other threads in this board similar to the topic you want to create.

III.b Themes or topics must not be offensive or may cause unhealthy debates. It should not contain any disagreeable issues like racist talks, criminal activities, incest, pedophilia etc.

VII. Avatar & Custom User Title Rules and Regulations

VII.a Image placed as your avatar cannot be bigger than 150x150 pixels in dimension and up to 50 kb in file size.
VII.b Offensive form of image or text as your avatar is forbidden.
VII.c Imaged placed as your avatar must not contain any advertisement or web address of non-affiliated forum or community.
VII.d Custom user title must not be offensive in any way and should not contain any links of an external site or web address.

III.c Always stick on the threads topic discussion and purpose.
III.d When replying to a post, please refrain from quoting the entire message especially if it is a long one. Edit out the unnecessary text, and quote or highlight only the message applicable to your reply.
III.e Refrain from posting long copy-pasted article. Post only the necessary details or create a synopsis of the article. Source link must also be posted in order to read the full version of the article, check its validity and credit the author.
III.f Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Never post others work and claim it your own
(e.g. graphic artworks, photographs, literary work, etc.) If proven it will lead to account suspension.

VI. Signature Rules and Regulations

VI.a Image placed as your signature cannot be bigger than 400x150 pixels in dimension and up to 300 kb in file size. Vertical signature is not allowed.
VI.b Offensive form of image or text is forbidden.
VI.c Two images can be used in the signature [One(1) signature & One(1) userbar].
VI.d Text size limit must not bigger than 3 pts. Up to 3 lines of text is allowed.
VI.e Referral, advertisement and cash link/s of any kind and form is restricted. Link of non-affiliated forum or similar community is prohibited.
VI.f Personal blog link is allowed.
VI.g Graphic related portfolio sites linked to a signature are allowed, provided it will only redirect to personal artworks or photo gallery.
VI.h Community based networking site link/s (e.g. Friendster, Hi5, etc.) is restricted. Place it into your personal profile.

Infractions, Account Suspension and Appeal Rules and Regulations

a. Pinoy Republic operates in a three strike policy mode. Users will be warned a maximum of three times for any and all offenses in a three month period. If the need arises for a fourth warning a temporary ban will be put in place of between 1 to 7 days.
b. Arguing with administrators and moderators after having received a warning will lead to an immediate additional warning. Should this exceed three strikes a temporary ban will be put in place as above.
c. Users who feel they have been unfairly warned are welcome to contact the administrators. If we see you were treated roughly we will reverse the moderators’ decision.
d. Any attempt to circumvent a temporary ban will lead to that ban being made permanent. Circumvention includes re-registering under a non-banned username, changing IP addresses to evade an IP ban, registering a new email account of evade an email ban. Circumvention includes posting as an anonymous user.
e. Minor violations not mentioned specifically in the following section [Offenses that will lead to Immediate Account Suspension] will result to an infraction.
